H E L L O.

I haven’t posted in a while as life as a second year is a little hectic at the minute, but while I have today off uni without any work to do, I thought I’d post a quick update for you all.

First and foremost, I have to just announce that I met the love of my life on Wednesday. Yes, you probably did see on Twitter and Instagram. Yes, I met Louis Berry!

Can we just appreciate how happy I am? And how gorgeous he is?!

My best friend Hannah drove us to Stoke-on-Trent for his gig in The Sugarmill and I have never been more in my element. From the moment the first support act, The Racket (a fabulous bunch of lads from Widnes, give ’em a listen), came on stage right until we left Louis after our meet and greet at midnight.
Oh, and I have a nickname from bae. It’s “Scouse”.
We were waiting for the crowd to clear so we could meet him at the merch desk as requested by Lou himself when I felt a tap on my shoulder – it was only Louis himself asking if I’d take a photo for a fan. He noticed my accent, commented on me being from his ends and then proceeded to call me Scouse whenever a photo needed taking.
Safe to say that on the inside I was dying.

So, I won’t go on about that too much because I’d write a novel, but it was amazing and I still have post-gig blues almost a week later.

What else is new?
I have a job!
I now work for Liverpool Football Club and it’s going fairly well, we shall see where it leads.
I have submitted my first assignment of the second year in uni.
My little twin second-cousins turn seven months old on Thursday.
I am the happiest I’ve ever been!
Life is good.

Oh, and I’m just 5 followers away from 500 on Instagram, so if any of you lovely lot would like to show some support, it’d be massively appreciated.
Feel free to leave your own Instagram links in the comments too, I love showing support to fellow “small” blogs.

What’s new in your world?
Leave a comment and let me know!

With love and laughter,
Hayley @ Spoonful of Scouse.
